Cutting Edge Pediatric Protocol

01

Paediatric-Focused Clinical Oversight

The protocol is designed around the needs of paediatric patients, with age-adapted preparation, observation, and therapy support at every stage.

02

Emergency Readiness at Every Clinic

Participating clinics maintain response protocols, emergency pathways, and continuous patient monitoring throughout every stage of treatment.

03

Local Compliance & Biologic Handling

Cell biologics are handled according to applicable local rules, clinic requirements, and medical governance standards at each participating location.

Our Team

The Specialists Behind the Programme

The Neorgana Paediatric Program is led by a medical director with more than a decade in paediatric neuroregeneration, treating children with complex neurological conditions every week. The protocol was built around Dezawa MuseCells® from the ground up, and the team behind it spans neuroregeneration, emergency medicine and anaesthesiology.

"We had researched every option available for two years. The level of documentation, the chain-of-custody verification, and the way the team communicated with us throughout — nothing we had encountered matched it. Three months after treatment, our son began making progress we had not seen in years."

Mother of a child with hypoxic brain injury · Paris, 2025
"

The team explained every step before it happened. As a parent you need to understand what is going into your child's body and why. They never made us feel like we were asking too many questions.

Father of a child with cerebral palsy · Dubai, 2025
"

What gave us confidence was seeing the actual documentation. Every transfer was logged. We knew exactly where the cells had come from and how they had been handled before reaching our daughter.

Mother of a child with a genetic neurological condition · Budapest, 2025
"

Our child's neurologist at home was sceptical. After seeing the protocol documentation we had brought back, she told us it was the most structured regenerative programme she had reviewed.

The Protocol

The Neorgana Paediatric Protocol

Our protocol combines regenerative cell administration, via the intranasal route, the intravenous route, or both, with supportive neurological preparation and cellular integration therapies. The delivery method and sequence may vary based on each child's needs, clinical review, and participating clinic protocols. Designed exclusively with Dezawa MuseCells® technology.

01

Neurological Assessment

Paediatric intake and a thorough functional review, mapping each child's precise neurological profile to guide the treatment plan.

02

Preparation & Cellular Integration Therapies

Supportive therapies chosen for that profile and the child's readiness, creating an optimal environment for cellular integration.

03

Regenerative Readiness

Preparation continues until the child is ready, so administration begins under the best possible conditions.

04

Dezawa MuseCells® Administration

Dezawa MuseCells® are administered intranasally, intravenously, or both. The route is a clinical decision made for each child from their profile and treatment plan.

Your Child's Cells:
Tracked at Every Step

When it is your child receiving treatment, every handoff matters. Neorgana documents and verifies each patient's Dezawa MuseCells® at every stage of the journey, from the originating lab to the moment of administration. Nothing is left to assumption.

  • Patient-specific verification from lab to clinic
  • Documentation of transfer and receipt at every stage
  • Clinic confirmation required before administration
  • Handling aligned with local biologic requirements
  • Oversight designed to reduce the risk of handling error

Integration

Why Cellular Integration
Therapies Are Included

Regeneration is more than cell administration. Supportive therapies help prepare the nervous system, reinforce neurological communication, and create a more organised environment for integration.

Every patient is re-evaluated upon arrival to determine which cellular integration therapies they qualify for. The goal is to support the child before, during, and after cell administration.

The Science

What Makes Dezawa
MuseCells® Different

Neorgana's Paediatric NeuroRegeneration Program combines rigorous medical oversight with extensive expertise in the biology of authentic Dezawa MuseCells®. Rather than simply administering regenerative cells, we engineer the optimal biological environment and treatment strategy to support their natural homing, tissue integration, and regenerative function. Our protocols are designed around this specific technology. For your child, that means a treatment built for their biology, not adapted from something else.

Home to Areas of Injury

Cells migrate and home to damaged tissue, targeting where regeneration is needed most.

Release Regenerative Signalling Molecules

Actively release molecules that support tissue repair and neuroplasticity.

Support Neuroplasticity & Integration

Differentiate into neural-supportive cell types and integrate into damaged tissue.

The science behind Dezawa MuseCells®
Authenticity

Why Authentic Dezawa MuseCells® Matter

Everything in this programme rests on one thing: the cell it begins with. The protocol, the oversight and the documentation are only ever as good as that.

Authentic Dezawa MuseCells® are a naturally occurring cell type. They are identified by a specific surface marker and isolated through a defined selection process developed in Dr. Mari Dezawa’s laboratory at Tohoku University. Their pluripotency is intrinsic to the cell, and the genome stays intact.

One organisation stands behind that cell. MuseCell Innovations® is the global IP owner: it holds the intellectual property covering the methods used to isolate and enrich authentic Muse cells, developed in collaboration with Tohoku University, and it authorises distribution only through approved partners. Neorgana is one of them.

The word “Muse” on its own carries no guarantee. Products have entered the market under that name without demonstrated provenance from that platform, and a family reading a clinic’s website has no way to sort one from the other. The studies parents are handed, and the safety record they are shown, describe the authentic cell type, and only that.

There is a better question to ask any clinic than whether they use Muse cells. Ask them to show you where the cells came from, and to prove it for your child.

  • Traceable to the platform developed in Dr. Mari Dezawa’s laboratory at Tohoku University, first published in PNAS in 2010
  • Selected by a natural surface marker, with the genome left intact
  • More than 120 studies gathered in the public MuseCell Innovations® research hub
  • Neorgana is officially authorized by MuseCell Innovations®, and every dose is documented from lab to clinic

a Higher Standard of Oversight

When a child is involved, every detail matters. The Neorgana Paediatric Program is built around preparation, verification, safety monitoring, and a structured regenerative protocol.

From the first intake to final administration, the process is designed to prioritise paediatric safety, clear documentation, and careful coordination between the lab, clinic, medical team, and family.

Safety and tolerability of a Muse cell-based product in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with therapeutic hypothermia (SHIELD trial)

An investigator-initiated clinical trial examining the safety profile of Muse cells in neonates with hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy alongside therapeutic cooling. Nine patients received intravenous administration with no significant adverse events recorded. All patients survived; two-thirds achieved normal developmental scores across cognitive domains at follow-up.

Stories sent here are for sharing publicly on this website. Please send only the words and photographs you are happy for others to see.

If your family has been through the Neorgana Paediatric Program, we would be grateful to hear how your child is doing. Send us your words, and a photo if you would like to include one.

Nothing you send is published automatically. A member of our team reads every message, and we will always write to you and get your confirmation in writing before any part of your story or any photograph appears anywhere.

So we can write back before anything is published.
Other families find it meaningful to see where you travelled from.
Only what you are comfortable sharing. We never publish your child’s name.
In your own words. Please write as much or as little as you wish. We do not edit families’ words without asking you first.
